Shipping Policy
The ticket is invited to the customer 15 days before the event and can be physical or digital depending on the agreements with the promoter.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
The ticket office reservation does not have a cancellation policy, once the ticket has been issued it cannot be cancelled.
