Customer service

All Sport is a ticket reseller.

The ticket office rights holder is the Promoter of the event who makes them available to official resellers on the B2B platform.

Once the type of ticket desired has been defined, we ask you to send the form completed in all its parts to info@allsport.it

 

All requests received are registered on the purchasing portal.

If the form is filled in partially or incorrectly, you will be contacted again.

 

As soon as the type of ticket requested becomes available, you will receive a confirmation email with a request for payment by bank transfer, quoting the requested event as the reason for it.

 

Payment must be made within 5 days, alternatively the portal automatically cancels the order and puts the reserved ticket back on sale.

 

All Sport issues an invoice or receipt upon receipt of payment, all the complete administrative data of the ordering party are required. The courtesy kit is shipped via courier with tracking, while the ticket is sent in digital format as soon as it is issued, once the balance has been received.

 

The detailed access program of the event will be sent approximately 15 days before the event.

Due to repeated problems at the customs office (the packs arrive from the UK today Extra UE after Brexit) the experiential packages could be made available at the local accreditation outside the circuit, this solution serves to guarantee delivery on time and avoids the risk of blocks or losses

 

The ticket is NON-refundable and NOT nominal, therefore it can be used by the bearer only once at the entrance to the Circuit.

 

In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, we will comply with the broadcaster's directives.

All services already provided at the time of any cancellation will not be refunded.

 

We invite you to follow the instructions contained in the ticket when you receive it.
